Over his career, he has held senior leadership roles within globally respected organisations including Ernst & Young, Bata India Ltd, Tata Chemicals Ltd, and other prominent groups, contributing to initiatives spanning transformation execution, operating model improvement, commercial performance strengthening and enterprise-level governance maturity. His experience spans diverse business contexts across FMCG, retail, B2B services, manufacturing and multi-business organisations, enabling him to apply cross-industry judgment to complex leadership decisions.
His professional credentials reflect deep expertise in global finance, strategy and management leadership. He is a CPA and Fellow Member of CPA Australia; a Chartered Management Accountant and Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK; a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA); and a Cost & Management Accountant and Fellow Member of ICMAI. He has further enhanced his leadership perspective through executive education, with the ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (UK).
